Vacations, HELL YEAH! It deserves capitals!
Unfortunatelly not so carefree as I would wish for (damn you, microeconomics and european integration...).
Wake me up when Septemeber begins.

I still have my precious subscription so why don't we play a little featuring game? It will be my little vacation gift. XD

Yesterday I should've been learning for the big test from European Integration. And what I was doing? Since around 4.45 p.m. to 1.15 a.m. almost non-stop I was reading "Twilight".
ARGH. I want more.
NOW!!!

edit: The test wasn't so hard (three questions and one about European Union's budget incomes - piece of cake), maybe I will even pass. XD

This will be short (maybe I will write more later), just want to get rid of old entry .
I need to learn. That's a fact I can't deny because tests and exams are coming on, are coming on... *shivers*
I recently read a lot - mangas and books. I read my two first books all in English - "Cirque du Freak" and "Vampire's Assistant", both by Darren Shan. They were cool, I understood (almost) everything. The question is: where can I get other 10 books from the series? From mangas I read for example "Model". It's a wonderful vampiric, romance/mystery manhwa actually in 7 volumes (it's finished story). I also read famous "Ouran High School Host Club" - truly great shoujo. Not only super funny but also wise and romantic as well (btw: I support TamakixHaruhi but I like HaruhixHikaru too).
And I watch my favourite "Lost", fourth season. It's awesome as always was and always will be .

Now I must go to extremaly boring and complety unnecessary lecture about copyrights.

It was like this: Yesterday, on Tuesday (26 II) I went to cinema to see "Sweeney Todd" (which was great). After the show I went to Empik and I saw "Otaku" (polish manga/anime fans magazine - I don't buy it but I like to read it). I grabbed the magazine and took a look on news. And there it was: "Death Note" in AXN Sci-Fi on Saturdays at 23:45 (11.45 p.m.) since 9th February. My reaction was: O____O !!! ... OMG!!! Why the hell I didn't know about it earlier?! WHY?! WHY?! WHY???!!! and OMG!!! I must see it! MUST! MUST! MUST!!! (of course I didn't say any of these things loud) I can't wait until Saturday evening! So far I was reading manga only (because I don't have internet so it's hard for me to download anime; friend of mine sometimes borrows me some like:"Lain", "Wolf's Rain" or "Naruto Shippuuden") and I want soooo much to see anime too. I've heard it's really good and I MUST see how L moves and hear his voice! I just hope the anime will be japanese version with subtitles.
All of this reminds me of two things. First - bad habit of polish translators to translate titles: "Death Note" is called "Notatnik śmierci" O_o (it's literally translation but who would think about the anime while seeing this title?...). The same goes for "Prison Break" - "Skazany na śmierć" (Sentenced to death) or movie "Die hard" - "Szklana pułapka" (Glass trap).
Second - how rarely we can watch any anime in polish tv (although I don't know about other countries but I know that for example France has a special tv station "Mangas"). Especially when we are talking about common not cable television. They were showing "Dragon Ball" few years ago, "Sailor Moon" very long time ago and "Superpig" ("magical girl") but now there aren't any series. From movies they showed only "Princess Mononoke" and "Spirited Away". In these expensive cable and other televisions (AXN sci-fi is one of them) you can watch "Naruto" (Jetix - very bad version though - censored, horrible translation and dubbing and only first 50 episodes), "Ergo Proxy" (Canal+), "Bleach" (Zig zap/Hyper) and some time ago "Wolf's Rain" (Canal+). However all of them are usually late at night or evening not to mention few people can afford to watch it (like me - I don't have Hyper nor Canal+). Maybe there are some other titles - I don't know 'cos I can't watch them.

And speaking of "Bleach" - I have an article about it cut from the biggest newspaper in Poland, "Gazeta wyborcza"("Election newspaper", precisely from the tv supplement "Gazeta telewizyjna"). Although I don't watch "Bleach" XD. There it is: cover! [link] , article [link] . Article is in Polish (title says "Believe in ghost (and pierce it with a sword)") but I can try to translate it if anyone is interested - just let me know.
