It was for What's Happening contest but they ended it too early (the deadline was supposed to be today, 8th June). Oh, well, I still like it so that's why I decided to finish it and show to you. It's inspired by Polish saying (or do you know it in other countries too?) "Dzieci i ryby głosu nie mają" (Children and fishes have no voice). I draw the pencil drawing at 3 a.m. 1/2 June and coloured it yesterday. And it's a GIRL. Her name is Desdemona.
Tools: non-mechanical pencils, rubber, Photoshop 7, mouse Help: mum and sis References: only a bit - Shirley Temple's photo for overall face look Copyrights: textures (c) cgtextures.com, Photoshop Desdemona, artwork (c) me, shiny-pl
Dzięki Mojej mamie też się twarzyczka najbardziej podoba. A imię nie wiem skąd mi się wzięło - wymyśliłam dawno temu, a dopiero potem odkryłam, że to imię bohaterki "Otella" Szekspira XD

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
