Yes, finally. It's hard to believe but after long time of procrastinating and loafing around this pic is finished. Phew. It took me over a month to do. The biggest problem was correcting the pencil drawing in photoshop, especially Sakura's too long arm (it was a nightmare). I really got a bit tired of it. But I like the result. I think I do, lol (I have been pretty excited when I was starting but now all the excitement has gone, I feel only relief that it's finished). And I'm aware of some mistakes like Sakura's ear, just don't have any more strenght to fight with it. Generally I like Sasuke's on this pic more - he was meant to be the main character of it so I probably tried harder.

Ok, the prattling part is off. Two words about the pic itself now. I always liked this Seal's song and wanted to do a pic inspired by it. I like SasuSaku, actually it's my favourite "Naruto" pairing. Hm. Oh, and winter is my favourite season (so I'm really sick of people always saying: "I want/I can't wait for/Only to spring"), I love snow especially. I'm sad because this year (again) there isn't any winter in Poland. Last weekend there was 19 degrees centigrade.
In case you are wondering (like my sister) why they don't have any warm clothes while it's snowing: surroundings is all from Sasuke's mind and imagination (but Sakura is real), some of this imaginary world soaks to the real one so you can see melted (remember Haku on the bridge?...) and not-melted snowflakes on them. _{But the truth is I just forgot to give them some cloaks and scarfs. XD}

If you don't like it or want to help me to develop please leave some constructive critique. Bold type word means that it should be not "I don't like it" or "Down with SasuSaku" (btw: please don't tell me if you don't like the couple, I don't want to know) but something like, for example "The hand should be longer", "I would make the background the other way:...", "In the future focus a bit more on the hair part" et cetera. I want to improve and it's hard when you don't know what are you doing wrong. (and please keep in mind I'm only an amateur, I learn drawing all by myself)

Sorry for an extremely long description. *sigh* (I'm just tired) Some important facts now and we're done:
References: For characters - some photos from magazines and newspapers (including the photo of Jane Fonda giving an Oscar award to Andrzej Wajda XD), nothing big though. The biggest one was for Sasuke's face shading, I used a photo from the book "Anatomy for fantasy artists". For branches and blossom (which was drawn before the actual picture) - photos from the internet (google helps).
Inspirations: "Naruto" episode 19, song "Kiss from a rose" by Seal, manga "Death Note" (they have really bright eyes when they're surprised, especially this two-faced-liar-and-murder Light (Raito) Yagami), a little bit - Idnar's style [link]
Tools: non-mechanical pencils: H (rarely used), HB, B, 2B, rubber, tissue, Photoshop 7 for putting all together, snow and colouring, mouse
